Sessions take place at our studio in Berekely Street or the your home in Glasgow.
How much space is needed for a 1-to-1 session?
If the session takes place in your home. You will need enough space to lie down comfortably on a yoga mat or similar surface and move your arms and legs freely.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people notice changes after one session, but a series of sessions allows deeper learning and longer-term improvements in movement and awareness.
